It is legal to buy anything without a diagnosis or a prescription (off the counter - OTC) EXCEPT testosterone There is no minimum or maximum legal age for someone to start HRT.

It is not legally mandatory for someone to have a dianosis by a psychiatrist in order to medically transition.

There is no legally mandatory time restriction for a psychiatrist to monitor you before diagnosing you.

You dont legally need to be on hrt in order to be excempt from the army, change your legal sex, or to have a surgery.
